Find the Right Fit: Large Group or Small Group Training

Large Group Training
Our large group programming features multiple tracks in every class, giving members options to train according to their goals. Coaches demonstrate and explain each track, guiding you to the option that best fits your needs for the day.
Deep Water
Our heaviest track, where barbells take center stage and the focus is on building raw strength. You’ll train foundational compound lifts like the back squat, deadlift, and bench press, with opportunities to develop Olympic lifts as well.Breaker
This track mirrors the movement patterns of Deep Water but swaps the barbell for dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands. Expect moderate to heavy weights, slightly higher reps, and a focus on building strength through controlled, functional movement.Swell
Our muscle-building track, centered on unilateral and isolation work for developing lean, balanced strength. Often referred to as our “bodybuilding” option, Swell emphasizes time under tension, control, and core stability to help you move—and look—strong. -

Small Group Training
Small group training offers an intimate, highly personalized experience—no more than five people per session with a dedicated coach. This format allows programming to be tailored specifically to you, with a focus on your goals, needs, and any injury considerations.
Every workout is delivered on a tablet for your individual guidance, and your coach walks you through each session, demonstrating movements, leading the warm-up and mobility work, and making sure you have everything you need to succeed. Small group training isn’t just a workout—it’s training built around you.
