At Seacoast Athletics, we think there is a better way.

We believe that every person is uniquely different and their daily fitness and nutrition should mirror that. What works for some, might not work for you—nor should it be expected to. Exercise programs should reflect abilities, focus on individual goals, and take things like injuries or limitations and health history into account. We build our programming with precisely this in mind.

Seacoast Athletics offers a holistic fitness program designed to meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. Our supportive environment and experienced coaching staff will be there to guide you every step of the way. Just show up, and let us help you achieve your goals!

OUR TRAINING OPTIONS

Personal Training

With enormous flexibility, accountability, one-on-one attention, and a customized exercise program specific to you, personal training ensures you have all the tools you need to reach your fitness goals.

  • Our personal training sessions guarantee you the undivided attention and guidance of our expert coaches who guide you through personalized programming, provide feedback and support you throughout your fitness journey. The personal training format adds a layer of accountability but can also help as an introduction to strength and conditioning work.

    You and your trainer will evaluate goals monthly and progress your programming as you build confidence and strength.

    Along with expert knowledge, our trainers will always bring the fun, energy, and a friendly face, to each training session.

Group Class

Group training offers a mix of strength training, conditioning, and physique work in a class setting with expert coaches who can help you regardless of your fitness level. There are 30 classes offered each week to fit your goals and schedule.

Gym Schedule

  • Group Training takes the guesswork out of what you can and should be doing in the gym with the perfect mixture of strength training, conditioning, and physique work. We prioritize individual attention within a larger group through world-class coaching, deliberate exercise selection, and high energy.

    We understand that everyone shows up starting from a different place, has a different relationship with fitness, and has a different comfort level when it comes to strength training, so our coaches are ready to help with form, progressions, regressions, and load management.

    Group class is designed to provide you with the tools you need to succeed and with 30 options each week, we believe there is a class that will fit any fitness goal and busy schedule.

Semi-Private Training

A program tailored to your goals, a supportive group of training buddies, and SA’s expert coaches. Our semi-private sessions are capped at 4 people so it's like personal training but with built-in accountability buddies.

  • Our Semi-Private approach offers you all the benefits of individualized coaching but In a small, fun, motivating group of people. Because of the one-on-four format, you get high-level training for a fraction of the cost and with way more scheduling flexibility.

    Whether you need individualized coaching to work around nagging injuries or simply want the very best stimulus for building lean muscle, semi-private training might be the fastest path to your goals.

Nutrition

We believe that just like our programming tracks, there is not a one size fits all approach to nutrition. We are here to help you look and feel your best with your own individualized nutrition plan.

  • We do not believe “quick fix” solutions will provide you with lasting results. Instead, we will guide you to create healthy habits that will help you not only reach your goals, but sustain them, and nurture a positive relationship with food and your body.

Physical Therapy

A detailed, personalized approach to physical therapy treatment for acute and chronic injuries. I treat many diagnoses, including tendinopathy, neck/back pain, and general joint pain and/or arthritis (shoulders, knees, hips, etc). Ridgeline offers dry needling, cupping, and soft tissue massage to help reduce your pain before exploring movement that feels good for your body.
