Performance Physical Therapist | Ridgeline Physical Therapy

Morgan Pillsbury

Since entering the fitness world many years ago, I have coached Crossfit, Bootcamp-style classes, and a diverse population of personal training clients. As a doctor of physical therapy, strength & conditioning specialist, and pelvic health trained clinician, I feel very fortunate to have a unique opportunity to help individuals become and stay active no matter what they're experiencing.

As an athlete myself I understand the value of community, intentional programming, and being able to move throughout every phase of life, even though that may shift here and there. I truly believe movement is medicine, anyone can do it, and it can change someone's life for the better, in so many more ways than just physical. I run, bike, hike, and dabble in many other active hobbies and consistent weight training allows me to stay healthy and safe while doing these. I am very passionate about helping others do the same and use strength training to benefit their life outside the gym as well.
